Only tried on once. Never worn out or to a convention. Brand new. I have the pink wig as well I can include for free.
My measurements at the time were 36C, 27in waist, and 38 hips. I weighed 120-125 at the time.
Functional zipper, dress is lined, belt is pleather and so are the other black uniform pieces, and the tie is sewn on. Front buttons aren’t functional they’re cosmetic.
I’ve long outgrown the costume and sadly never got to enjoy it.
