Special Metals Inconel® 622 ERNiCrMo-10 .045" Dia Ni-Cr-Mo Filler Metal Wire comes on a 30 lb spool and is suitable for gas tungsten arc as well as gas metal arc welding of Inconel® Alloys 22/622/625, Incoloy® Alloy 25-6MO and Incoloy® Alloy 825. Nickel alloy welding wire having tensile strength of 115000 psi and high chromium content, along with the molybdenum provides good resistance to pitting as well as crevice corrosion. It supports dissimilar metal welding and offers protection against preferential weld metal corrosion when used for joining molybdenum-containing stainless steels, Inconel® Alloy C-276/625. Filler metal can be used for many dissimilar joints involving Inconel® and Incoloy® Alloys and carbon, low-alloy as well as stainless steels.
