In gently used condition. Purchased from QVC years ago. It is marked 14k DQ CZ inside band. 4.3 grams. Size 6. The last picture shows the ring alongside my ring (not for sale). I’m unsure of the CZ size so I put it with my ring for comparison., The center diamond on mine is a half carat. I hope that helps. Smoke free/pet friendly home.
