Duct Access Door provide easy access to grease ducts or high-temperature duct systems. They are simple to install and provide a leak-resistant seal. Featuring a ceramic fiber gasket, template for precise cut-outs, and zinc-coated wing nuts for secure closure. ● Effortless opening and closing – no special tools required ● 16 GA black iron backing plate with smooth interior ● No frame to install and seal ● The two layers of metal inside the door are spot-welded together at the rim ● Inside surface of door is smooth to reduce friction

• Constructed of two layers of stamped,hot dipped galvanized steel and one 16 GA black iron back plate for ultimate safety and durability.
• Hi-Temp Ceramic Fiber Gasket is permanently bonded to the outside panel of the access door to eliminate leakage.
• Temperature Rating: 2300°F (1260°C) max; Designed in accordance with NFPA 96 standards.
• Zinc plated conical springs between the inner and outer plates to facilitate opening; Zinc coated wing nuts can be easily turned by hand, no wrenches required.
• With removable mounting studs, the Duct Access Door is easy to install.
