193? Washington quarter, appears to have been struck on a nickel planchet, the date is almost unrecognizable, I believe it's a 1939, but honestly, I don't know! You can see an outline on the obverse side, that is the size of a nickel, and on the reverse side, almost everything got cut out, all you can see really good is the eagle in the middle! It only weighs 5.5 grams, and it should weigh between 6.3 and 6.5! The edges feel very slick, and look about the same, and the motto was left out completely This is a pretty rare error coin, and is priced great!! But offers are always welcome!
