There is some light metal pitting on both sides of the main ornament piece. The triangular shapes "sight" piece has some minor metal wear on the inside, but it is still intact and not broken. The underside is in good shape with no signs of metal damage, as can be found on hood ornaments of the era. The mounting screw holes are still in good shape and not stripped. Overall the item is in good shape and can still be used either as is or rechromed.
