1985 US Army MG Vincent E. Falter Framed Signed Dragon Artwork Military Presentation. This came from the personal estate of MG Vincent Falter. His later accolades upon promotion to general in include commanding the 75th FA III Corps and serving as Director of the Nuclear and Chemical Directorate, Commanding General of the Army Nuclear and Chemical Agency, Commanding General of the VII Corps artillery in Germany, Deputy Inspector General, Chief of the Army Force Modernization Coordinating Office, and Commander of the Army Military Personnel Center.
