Heat Press Required. Household irons are not recommended. This transfer requires even heat.
Temperature 400 Degrees - Medium Pressure - 60 Seconds Depending On Your Heat Press.
Light Colored Preferable White 100& Polyester Garment. No dark colors. This sublimation transfer will no work on black shirts.
