We use Food grade silicone that is odorless and designed for all uses, including food purposes.
Color: Pink/Neon pink color. The tint can range from light to bright neon pink.
Useful Temperature Range -65F to 400F. (-53C to 205C).
Hardness - A0 or C15 Shore. (very soft and durable silicone).
The mold is designed to work with liquid materials that are not brittle when hardened. Also consider the viscosity of your material. Too viscous material may not flow into the far corners of the mold.
All the molds have been tested with M&P soap and epoxy resin . When using other materials such as wax, chocolate, & Jelly, concrete, cement, etc., they can be very tricky. Consider your material & skills in the materials you are working with.
If you are working with resin, use a spray release.
