*** Pre-Loved in working condition. It has been cleaned and looks pretty good. The only flaw I found was one of two pieces that hold the bowl in place is broken off BUT one is still there and honestly it holds perfectly fine you just need to be aware before purchasing. It runs on either batteries(not included) or with a normal USB charging cord(I used my phone charger while testing it) and that is also not included. ***
