All ink is brand new and sealed in their packages EXCEPT blue.
It looks like someone took the yellow tape off the blue one. When holding the blue color and the other colors, it is the same weight. I do not believe any ink was used out of the blue, just the package opened and yelllow tape taken off.
All other colors of packages have never been opened
