This is a VERY RARE "MISPRINT" 1998-99 Reggie Miller Fleer, Basketball Card # 31,... This card was just recently discovered. This is 1 of it's kind for as these days you don't see mess ups like this only 40+ years ago you seen these mistakes repeating. I've personally looked for more of it's kind or similar to it's kind if that an still have came up empty handed. In the pictures I have a laser pointing at the misprint. All along the Top of the card... The last two pictures are off the internet of what the card looks like w/o the misprint.
As for conditioning there are slight flaws as in small crease an slightly rounded corners. Still a beauty to get graded an not only that but it being 1 of it's kind an to have Reggie Miller on a card like this makes it even more worth the investment....
