Air Jordan 9 Retro GS "University Blue"

The Air Jordan 9 GS “University Blue” is the youth sizing of Michael Jordan’s ninth signature shoe in a UNC-inspired colorway for Winter 2020. The “University Blue” look features the familiar original white and black color block of the Jordan 9, but with University Blue replacing the red accents. The colorway includes a white leather base with a perforated “diamond” motif appearing along the medial and lateral sides of the shoe. A black synthetic nubuck mudguard above the black painted midsole breaks up the look. Black plastic eyelets and rope laces contrast the white mesh tongue. A University Blue “23” emblem appears on the heel and “Air Jordan” detailing dots the tongue. Additional “UNC” inspired accenting can be found on the mini Jumpman emblem on the sole and on the “globe” insignia on the heel. A black nylon pull tab on the heel and inner bootie lining complete the look of the shoe. Release date: December 5, 2020. University Blue
