Cecile american girl doll in need of tlc. Her hair has been cut and straightened. I bought her off someone else on this app with intention to fix her up and was unable to find a wig replacement i liked so hopefully someone else will find a perfect home for her! Her string has been replaced as it had been cut short before, freshly cleaned and limbs are tight.
