Roseville's Iconic art pottery, Zanesville, OH continues to be highly collectible and prized over the years. The Zephyr Lily collection was introduced in 1946. The double handled candlestick/holder design is reminiscent of the art deco style of the 1920's-30's with raised lilies, pink on one side and yellow on the other, and slender green leaves surrounded by embossed swirls covering the recessed body. Lovely for collectors and those who cannot wait for the day lilies to bloom.
Preowned with minor age-related crazing and few production imperfections (glaze pops) on the body with no cracks, repairs or damage. This pair appears to be shelf pieces as the interior of the candle wells are clean. The Roseville script is embossed with style number and USA; good flower mold lines and color; kiln marks on underside. Please consider measurements approximate - 2" H and 3.75" base.
