announcement post!

hi dears! due to issues in the USPS mailing system with envelope tracking and losses in transit i’ve decided to halt offering envelope shipping. i’ve had buyers not receive the orders they have purchased despite my careful planning and packing in dropping them off to ensure safe travel. this is not ideal for me either as i tend to add extra FREE OFFICIAL merch when packing the polaroids/cards i’ve sold. this is an unimaginable loss on my part due to losing both hundreds of dollars of extra merch as well as the payment that was meant to cover the cost of the outright purchase. i’m very sorry for such unfortunate circumstances especially around the holidays, & USPS is far from helpful and have not answered any of my lost mail requests. i will be issuing refunds for the orders affected. again i’m very sorry for the all this BS, i’m frustrated and i’m sure you are all as well. thank you for your support and understanding, reach out for any questions. happy holidays!
