Charming Victorian silver plated cruet set. The set is marked pattern number 494 and features five etched glass containers that sit upon an ornate caddy decorated in the Baroque style, which sits upon a circular foot and terminates in a floral handle. There are five cruets: one for salt, one for pepper, one for sugar, one of each oil, and vinegar. All of the cruets are etched with a corn flower garland design. Vinegar cruets feature cut crystal stoppers. Oils and vinegar cruets have air bubbles on the inside, and one of the stoppers has a blemish mark. See the last two pictures. The set measures 16 high and 7 dia.
I just gave it a good wipe, but this set needs to be cleaned.
