This sat by my grandparents fireplace at their home in Vermont from sometime in the 1950s on. Aside from smelling rather musty when working, is in very good condition for its age! The hammered brass depicts a great ship, and brass head nails hold the red **leather or leather-like** fabric onto the wood base. The tip is also brass and is a little loose, but again - it is still functional. It measures approximately 15 3/4" long x 5 1/2" wide. Please look at all photos & message me with any questions.
