Antique large hand painted porcelain vase. This vase is absolutely stunning, and I believe it to be Nippon dating from the late 1800’s. The butterfly caught my right away, followed by the gigantic flower. The painting is superb and so detailed. There is gold painted handles with moriage details around the upper rim. Some of the moriage has some damage. But considering age, it really is minor. Other than that the vase is in fantastic condition. The colors are beautiful and still vibrant, yet subtle at the same time. No chips, no cracks. Please see pictures for measurements for this big guy.
