This is a gorgeous antique Cauldon Flow Blue Bentick pattern platter, c. 1905, it is in excellent condition for its age with only one small area on the rim, as pictured. It looks as those it was repaired or possibly a manufacturer flaw as it blends into the design as it is smooth as the rest of platter no sign of sharpness or other glues or paints used. The back is stamped with Cauldon England Stone Ware J R Bentick and an impressed Cauldon. The platter would make a wonderful addition to you flow blue collection!!
