Made in Sheffield, England this piece is in excellent condition. Many of the wine coasters that we've researched are missing the center piece. This one, fortunately is not. Engraved upon this piece of silver is what appears to be a Lion, but have been challenged by some, calling it a griffin. What do you think? I think you should buy it and use this as a conversation piece, but that's me. Lol. Seriously though, this is a wonderful piece in absolutely incredible condition. We leave the patina on these older pieces, but this will certainly clean right up with a silver polish cloth.
