This ring is VERY old and the shank is broken in the back (still wearable, however. The edges were slightly filed) but any jeweler should easily be able to fix it. The stones are also worn down, especially the green stone, please see pic for more detail.

Band is out of round but absolutely still wearable. A jeweler can also fix that for you
Unstamped but acid tested positive as 10K gold, color is more of a rosy gold which is very common with antique gold
