This vintage antique Indian purple silk sari gold lamé choli crop top blouse dates from the 19th century. It is made a purple and gold lamé silk sari fabric with a woven floral fauna design of animals, tigers, deer, peacocks and hunters riding horses and elephants. This stunning traditional handmade short cropped choli boho blouse top has a fitted style, with short sleeves, a front breast pocket, newly replaced gold plastic buttons for closure down the front and is partially lined in a linen fabric inside. The top measures 10 inches long, with a 30 inch bust and 28 inch waist. It is in as-is fair condition, with a replaced cuff, button closures and a few small frayed splits on the back (see close-up). This is truly a wonderful piece of Indian folk culture colorful boho wearable art!
