This beautiful little wood box was produced by Wheeler & Wilson, as a means to store parts and accessories for their sewing machines. Wheeler & Wilson was in the business of making sewing machines here in the United States from around 1853 to around 1913.
This box is very well made, with tongue and groove joinery on all four corners of the box base and lid.
The inside top, and the inside bottom are lined with a burgundy velvet. This item is in excellent condition. View all pictures to see condition.
