Pictorial unclipped dustjacket with $3.50 price (now in mylar cover) has illustrations from the book and author biography on the rear cover. There is wear along the front cover edge and there is a large chip at the top of the spine and a smaller one at the rear, bottom of the cover. The gray cloth spine and boards with brown text and illustrations are in excellent condition with no rubbing, edgewear or blemishes. The corners are all sharp with no bumping. The spine and hinges are firmly attached, straight with no slanting and no cracking. Text block is solid with all pages firmly attached. Slight age tanning throughout and especially to the endpapers. There is a previous owner bookplate on the front endpaper. The interior pages are in excellent condition with no other previous owner marks, chips, cracks or damage. 269 pages.
