Apple iPad Pro (device) + Apple Pencil (1st generation)

I've been using this, tethering when I'm out and using Wi-Fi at home.

I bought it many years ago, so I've forgotten whether it's gold or rose gold, and I can't tell the color of the body just by looking at it.
There are no covers or films attached.
There are scratches in places.
There may be some color unevenness around the screen, but
I only used it for watching videos, so there were no particular problems within this usage range.
It does charge, but the charging speed is slow, and the battery life is also quite poor, so I recommend replacing the battery to use it.

Apple Pencil has been tested and confirmed to work.
I haven't used it for about a year, so
I think it's best to charge it after the product arrives before using it.
I will also initialize the iPad before shipping, but
It will arrive without a charge, so please charge it as soon as it arrives.

I am not at all familiar with electronic devices.
