It includes the system only with the attached video cable. You will need the attachment piece to connect it to your TV. There are no power plugs, controllers, games, or other accessories included.

It has been tested and is in working condition.

It has been well used and shows wear, marks, scratches, dents, and dings. As shown in the last 2 pictures there is a small crack to the plastic controller compartment cover on the back and a broken piece to the plastic on the side.

It was a bit dirty when found but has been wiped down. It may need detailed based on your preferences.
