I purchased these myself approximately 3 years ago at the Evisu directly-managed store in Daikanyama, Tokyo. The purchase price was in the 60,000 yen range.

I haven't worn them many times, and have only used them about a dozen times because I gained weight and they no longer fit.
Overall, there is a feeling of wear from normal use, but there is some peeling on the back paint.
