Shell is hard not Flimsy, corners of bag look new, cross body strap looks beautiful with very minimal creasing in leather. Adjustable strap and the silver Gucci emblem on the Purse by straps all look great! Over all purse is in immaculate condition and is a 9/10 condition wise. I gave it a 9 because of the inside lining, lining looks good but is gently used.
