Authentic hand painted micro preemie Katheran Stephanie Sullivan

This little cutie is Katheran, sculpted by Stephanie Sullivan. She is a tiny baby, and fits best in doll clothes. She is pictured in a bitty baby brand romper. The hat is a bit big on her. She is about 14 inches long. I didn't like her original kits body proportions so I put her on this play doll body and I think it suits her perfectly! It is not jointed, but still quite floppy and poseable due to the way it is sewn at the shoulders and hips. She Painted with soft pastels, sealed with krylon workable fixatif, and varnished with Americana soft touch. Hair and eyebrows were done with prismacolor pencils, eyes are glass, lashes applied with glue. Weighted with glass micro beads and stuffed with polyfil.
