This is brand new. It is still in its original shipping package. I ordered two. I only want to keep one of each (back stretcher and neck massager). There is an information booklet inside.
You can use it on your bed, on the floor, or in the car. I have been using it for a couple of months and have felt the difference. There are three different levels of stretch but you basically just lie down on it for a few minutes a day and it helps improve posture and relieve back pains. You can also adjust your body while on it and get some amazing cracks. It is by SpineDeck.
There is also a neck and shoulder Orthopedic massager. I haven’t used this as much but it has felt nice the couple of times I have.
