This 6 foot DIY Lavender Snowflake Balloon Garland kit includes:
—One 36" Snowflake Shaped Mylar
--an assortment of 11” latex balloons in lavender, white, silver with white snowflakes**(this look is achieved by "layering" two balloons, one inside the other, to create this special effect **(see below for special instructions),
--a plastic decorator strip
--a dual hand pump
--instructions included; time is estimated at about 45-60 minutes to complete 6-8 feet of garland, can be made 1-2 days in advance if inflated with air
