They are 2 separate pieces but are stackable so you can actually use them not just in the drawers of your vanity.
The mirror has never been “clear” enough. I don’t really use this mirror for makeup. But it’s nice to have a cover (see pictures how it can open and close). There is a small “gap” in one of the two boxes, it came like that. They said it’s natural for bamboo. It doesn’t do anything to the integrity though, still very sturdy bamboo.
These used to be a part of a Kohler vanity - over $200 as in accessories bought along with the vanity itself. They won’t fit what we have now and I have not enough counter space for them
:( otherwise found them very useful. If you have a kohler or any vanity that these can fit in, really great organizer for little things.
