Scaroni Italian Vintage (70”s estimated) Bar Utensils. 18/10 Stainless Steel, Copper and Padauk Wood (hard wood) handles. The Copper stem extends through the handle and finished at the end to hold the handle in place for more durability. The wood chosen is extremely durable and does not become saturated or absorb water as quickly. But, you should never leave wooden handle utensils soaking in water no matter the wood. If you didn’t know: 18/10 provides the highest amount of nickel which produces the greatest resistance to rust and longest-held polish. Also, these utensils have a heavier weight again, more durability. Bar enthusiasts will LOVE this!
