1 Heat transfer, you can use an iron or heat press.
You must use a Teflon sheet or parchment paper over the transfer, 330 degrees for 30 seconds.
Then peel off when it cools down. Once peeled off , put heat on it again with the parchment paper/Teflon sheet to seal the design.
