Well used with our 3 kids… can see it has evidence with aged look… have washed the inset but if not happy I think you can purchase new ones online… that’s all I would say is signs of age… otherwise good as new. It has 3 levels to adjust as baby grows! It’s a fab wee thing and can unzip so as to attach to the bed though we never had to use that… but we were told it’s very good for those who have had c-sections
