The included programs & software allows you to communicate with your BMW or MINI much like what the dealership uses when servicing your vehicle, saving you expensive dealer diagnostic fees. It works easily as far as connecting to the vehicle and starting the programs.
I purchased the software as a package and did not build or design any of the included software.
HOW TO CONNECT: Start your computer and give it a few minutes to set everything up automatically, then, connect your cable to the vehicle and plug into the USB port. I wait until I see the "yellow" connection warning for the web connection and then a few minutes longer before connecting to the laptop. Be patient, it's doing a lot of work in the background. Turn on the vehicle to the "ON" position
