Lovely Italian Capodimonte Footed Trinket Box. The lid features a finial angel looking over groups of babies gathered in a forest. The babies and surrounding foliage are raised.
The base features three lions separated by flower garlands. The lions and garlands are also in high relief. The lion feet hold up the base.
It measures approximately 4 1/2 high and 6 1/2 diameter. It is marked in gold script Capodimonte Italy with a stamped gold 5-point crown and Neapolitan Blue N.
