This is the model before the Milano Fit.
There was a time when they didn't have chest pockets, but these all have chest pockets.
The fabric feels different from the Milano Fit.
The size feels similar to Uniqlo's Super Non-Iron Slim Fit M 39-83.5.
However, in terms of durability, I wore Uniqlo shirts once a week, and after a year, the collars started to yellow and fray. These shirts started to fray at the collar after two years.
This is based on my personal experience, so individual results may vary.
Brooks Brothers shirts have distinctive pleats on the sleeves, so you can tell it's Brooks Brothers at a glance, which is why I liked wearing them.
I recommend wearing them casually as they are, or crisply ironed for business.
