This product looks great in the pictures via seller's listing on Amazon, however, heavily damaged internally in person. I ordered a replacement unit, which was even more damaged inside the glass section. The reflective shield is warped badly, which is the most important piece for the flame to look realistic. The flame is distorted due to this issue and the unit looks terrible. I would not recommend this product! I spoke with Amazon and they are removing the item from inventory. Buyer beware, the seller is not very responsive, operating out of an apartment in California with terrible English communication. Again, buyer beware! Spend the extra money and invest in a Dimplex unit from an actual fireplace dealer, not this risky dink fly-by-night person selling their junk online. Amazon seemed embarrassed to know the frustration I have been through with this Chinese manufactured junk. I am very much dissatisfied and should have known better.
