Absolutely gorgeous huge very high quality AAA+++ natural Carborundum specimen. Carborundum, trademark for silicon carbide, an inorganic compound discovered by E.G. Acheson; he received a patent on it in 1893. Carborundum has a crystal structure like that of diamond and is almost as hard. It's also extremely shiny and sparkly and shows a rainbow shine of blue and pink sparkles in person. The camera just isn't picking up how colorful it actually is. Size is large 109 mm x 79 mm this is a large beautiful specimen. Don't miss out on this beautiful piece.
