The ball attached to the top bed had to be tied back on [ My cat is a clumsy thing and managed to get her nail stuck in it bad, and i had to do some cutting T_T ] but other then that it's clean, the balls are there, she rarely used the scratch posts so they're like new, has a cute ladder for them to climb on. If you have a small dog(s), they will probably play on it before your cat does! Im getting my cat a new bed, so i need this gone :) the brand is called "BestPet"
