Used twice while out of state and didn’t like that we couldn’t tell which cat was eating what amount. Has been washed and comes from a smoke free home. Does not come with the gel silica packet for the top to keep food fresh, thrown out due to sanitary reasons. Also does not come with cable but it takes a type C cable
