The Chief CMS009012 is an adjustable extension column that solves the common challenge of setting the perfect drop distance when you ceiling mount a display or projector. It extends from 9 to 12 inches in clear 1 inch increments, giving installers and technicians precise control over sight lines and screen height.

A notched design lets you slide the column to the desired position quickly, then secure it with the included set screw. Because the adjustment happens externally, there is no need to remove the equipment you have already hung, which shortens installation time and reduces risk.

The column threads directly into any Chief ceiling plate or accessory that uses the standard 1.5 inch NPT interface, so it integrates smoothly with both new and existing Chief mount systems. An integrated cable management port routes power and signal lines through the center of the pipe, keeping the finished installation tidy and professional.
