Offered is a Clay Art, Rustic Lodge, hand painted, serving plate featuring a brown bear in its center with a border of pinecones, trees, ducks, canoes, and bears. It is dishwasher and microwave safe but disclaimer on the plate states that it may get hot if microwaved. I am assuming it is stoneware. Aside from naturally occurring variations due to technique, this rustic, woodsy themed plate is in great condition with no chips, knicks, cracks, repairs, or crazing. (It is known that slight variations in finish and color can occur with hand painted processes.) I could not verify the date, but it is likely circa. 2009 - 2010.
The plate is 10.5 inches square with height of about 7/8 inch.
This handsome, bright and beautiful plate would look very nice mounted and hung on a wall, or otherwise displayed, or would make a nice addition to a Rustic Lodge collection or used as a replacement piece. It would also make a fine gift.
