defects are shown in picture, only coloring on the handles and other plasticy parts. im sure they can come off but i don't have the tools to do so. pre washed so the inside and outside are clean. the sides have a snap to make the width of the bag smaller or extended. the top of the bag has a zipper that works. nothing is wrong with this bag i just haven't used it. send offers
