Linen shirt made from pre-dyed linen material with sumi (ink) coating. The coating gradually fades with repeated wear, revealing a subtle houndstooth pattern within the deep "sumi black" color.

The sewing specifications, such as the sides and armholes, mostly employ the traditional "French seam" method.
The reason for using the time-consuming French seam is to bring out the original texture of the fabric without stitching on the surface.
In addition, the absence of visible stitches on the outside creates a robust construction without exposing the seam allowances.
The collar has a slightly more relaxed collar circumference and a lower collar stand than a typical shirt.
The interlining is also thin and soft, allowing the collar to drape nicely and conform to the natural movement of the body even when worn unironed.

The body width has a relaxed silhouette, and the armholes are also slightly loose.
