These shoes do fit true to size, though i think 10.5 would be the most comfortable, I felt like my foot was fitting, but barely so. Could have been good with an extra centimeter or something.
The embellished bit aren't rhinestones but drops of various colored glitter drops, like gold, pink, silver, white, etc.
