Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris, framed, signed and numbered silkscreen print by the acclaimed Houston artist David Adickes. Adickes is a well-known painter and sculptor, famous for his large public sculptures, including the 76-foot-tall Sam Houston statue in Huntsville, Texas. The cathedral stands nobly in the background. Bright red leaves and a boat passing serenely along the Seine River appear in the foreground. This print was made in the 1960s by Graphic Arts Mfg.
