Has bustle and loops. The Pearl buttons on the back hold the loops (See photos). Removable sleeves added.

No other alterations.
Listed as “good” because there is some dirt on hem from walking. No flaws noted. Overall great condition. See pictures.
Note: dress zips all the way up and zipper hides under the fold at the top. The mannequin bust is slightly larger preventing from zipping all the way up in the photo.
